Payment Options
We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards, including Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Solo. We also accept payment by BACS, IBAN and SWIFT (Direct Bank Transfer) and by Sterling cheque. Please contact us via email if you wish to pay by PayPal.
Shipping - UK
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of goods ordered and take into account postage, packaging, and handling. UK orders up to 2KG are sent First Class Recorded Delivery (where appropriate). To view the shipping costs please add your items to the cart, then continue to check-out. Orders over 2KG are dispached via 2-3 days courier service. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage once your order goes into the postal system, so for extra peace of mind, please select one of the shipping Add-Ons and add that to your order. Shipping extras can also be ordered separately after you've placed your order. Note that shipping cost is the same for orders weighing between 2KG and 10KG.
Shipping - Mainland Europe

All EU orders up to 2KG are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. To view the shipping costs please add your items to the cart, then continue to check-out. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage once your order goes into the postal system. There is presently a limit of 2KG for EU orders. Orders heavier than this are by individual quotation.
Shipping - Rest of the World
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of goods ordered and take into account postage, packaging, handling, Recorded Delivery (for goods over £50 in value) and Insurance where appropriate. All International orders up to 2KG are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. To view the shipping costs please add your items to the cart, then continue to check-out. 2KG is the limit for all International orders. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage once your order goes into the postal system.
Overseas Shipping Disclaimer
Fujifilm UK and WPS Media will not be held responsible for damage to film that may have undergone x-ray scanning. In our experience, it is most unlikely that film will be fogged from x-ray scanners when sent using the postal system. For professional shoots, we recommend clip testing film batches. All orders include stickers on the packaging that says 'Photographic Film - Do Not X-Ray'.
Returns Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from our online shop, however there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. We will then assist you to make a complaint to the carrier company concerned.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service andn or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated)
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers)
Need to return an item?
YOU MUST OBTAIN A TRACKING NUMBER FROM US FIRST. Please do not return goods without a tracking number, otherwise we shall not be responsible in case of loss. You can request a return and obtain a Tracking Number by emailing info@wpsmedia.co.uk, stating your original order reference and the reason for return. In addition to this policy you should also refer to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
